MAKE THE GROWTH INCLUSIVE TOWARD EU INTEGRATIONS – EMPOWERING CIVIL SOCIETY TO EFFECTIVELY CONTRIBUTE TO INCLUSIVE LOCAL GROWTH

General objectives:

To contribute to and stimulate inclusive growth in local communities in Montenegro.

Specific objectives:

  • SO1: To empower civil society and other community actors for meaningful and structured participation in developing and delivering effective youth employment services and labour market integration programmes;
  • SO2: Foster local employability and social inclusion of vulnerable groups, especially NEET youth, marginalized groups and women, through innovative one-stop-shop service delivery;
  • SO3: Improved content and delivery modes of the youth employment services in Montenegro.

Expected project outcomes:

  • Produced study exploring the current and future labour market trends and landscape of youth employability in Montenegro.
  • Service responding to NEET youth and labour market needs developed by multisector working group.
  • Toolkit for capacitating CSOs on outreaching and inclusion of NEET youth produced
  • Established at least 15 consortiums of CSOs, IT sector, academia, and practitioners for the implementation of one-stop-shop services
  • Sub-granting for delivery of one-stop-shop youth employability program provided to al least 5 CSO-led consortiums
  • 5 CSO-led consortiums capacitated to implement “one-stop-shop” methodology for youth employability
  • Increased employability for at least 50 NEET youth from the central region who will gain IT and transferable competencies and will be connected with potential employers.
  • Stimulated local employability through establishing direct connection between 50 capacitated NEET youth and at least 50 local businesses.
  • Stimulated development of SME through development and promotion of at least 5 youth business ideas.
  • CSOs actively engage and contribute to the improvement of the content and delivery modes of the youth employment services (three initiatives launched, 10 journalistic articles published, video produced)
  • Key stakeholders and the public informed about the project and its products and results
  • One-stop-shop model recognized and acknowledged as a good practice model of youth employability
