The “My Career From Zero to Hero” training program is designed for young people who want to improve their knowledge and skills and are looking for a job. No matter what profession you plan to pursue, the use of modern digital tools and soft skills are an integral part of every job, and accordingly we have created one stop shop model that includes everything you need in one place to get job quickly and easily.

The program consists of 3 completely free courses over a period of 6 months which will be held in Podgorica , and all participants will have the opportunity to present the acquired knowledge in a meeting with potential employers.

1. Digital skills course
2. Career counseling
3. Soft skills course
4. Showcase day

All participants will be divided into two groups of 25 participants, depending on their interests. A level will focus on a general course of digital skills, which includes digital marketing, design and WordPress, and provides the basis for working in any sector in the company. In addition to all the above B level includes classes focused on the basics of programming, hence it is designed for young people who see their career in the IT industry.

There are a large number of courses, but what makes “My Career From Zero to Hero” training program stand out is the fact that it covers a complete set of skills in one place, with a focus on future employment. Thanks to the knowledge we have received directly from employers, as well as the knowledge brought by our lecturers and mentors from the industry, we will prepare you so that you can respond to your future business tasks. Our students will get this practical and applicable knowledge completely FREE! 

WHO CAN APPLY?

If you are 17-30 years old and you want to get a job faster and easier – then this program is for you!

Priority during the selection process will be given to young people who are not employed and not in the process of education and young people who have a basic knowledge of English.

The training program is completely free, with a condition of at least 80% attendance of the complete program. Before the start of the program, each participant will sign a scholarship agreement, and all information will be provided during the interview.

HOW WE WILL SELECT PARTICIPANTS:

To get to know you better, after we receive your applications, we will organize an interview with our trainers. Based on the application, interview and their interests, participants will be divided into A or B group. Interviews will be held during October, and the training program will begin in November.
