#ONESTOPSHOP Job Fair “Digital Skills – The Key to Career Advancement”
Over the course of six months, 45 young people from the central region of Montenegro completed the digital skills course, which included training in digital marketing, as well as project and product management. Alongside this, participants also received training in soft skills and career counseling. The goal of the program was to educate and empower young people, thereby enabling quicker and smoother integration into the labor market.
The event gathered graduates of the one-stop-shop training program and nearly 50 employers from the civil, business, and IT sectors. It marked the conclusion of the educational component, but also served as a platform for young, innovative individuals to demonstrate their skills and acquired knowledge, present themselves to potential employers through one-on-one conversations, receive advice on career development, gain insight into labor market needs, and potentially secure employment opportunities.
The one-stop-shop program is part of the project “Inclusive Progress Towards EU Integration – Empowering Civil Society for Effective Contribution to Inclusive Local Community Development,” implemented in Montenegro by Forum MNE in partnership with the Center for Youth Education, with financial support from the European Union and co-financing from the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro.
