The aim of this report “NEET Youth in Montenegro – Situation Analysis” is to provide an insight into the institutional approach to this issue through various data collection methods and techniques, map the NEET youth in Montenegro at a specific point in time, and identify the key bar­riers to school-to-work transition or youth involvement in formal and non-for­mal education.
