GLOBAL EDUCATION WEEK 2024

This year, from November 18 to 24, Global Education Week will once again be celebrated in cooperation with the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe.

Global Education Week is a unique campaign that promotes global education activities and encourages the participation of individuals and institutions to contribute to a more sustainable and just world. Held annually during the third week of November, the campaign offers numerous opportunities for engaging in the development of learning communities focused on active global citizenship.

The campaign is implemented by the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, and at the national level it is promoted by the Global Education Network of the North-South Centre, within the project iLEGEND III – Intercultural Learning Exchange through Global Education, Networking and Dialogue.

This year’s campaign motto is:
“Connected People for an Inclusive Planet”,
focusing on two thematic pillars: Planet and People.
