Representatives in the Assembly were selected through a non-discriminatory democratic process. The Assembly meets when necessary and at least once a year when it approves financial reports and programme activities and adopts plans for the next period, elects members of the board of directors, confirms the selection of the director of the organization and adopts guidelines for the development of the organization.
